The 2011 National Asthma Forum will be held June 9-10, 2011, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, 1000 H St, N.W., Washington, DC.

You may also call 202-582-1234 to reserve a room over the phone. Be sure to mention EPA's National Asthma Forum to receive the special rate. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. After May 14, 2010, the conference rate is no longer guaranteed. Hotel reservations made after May 14, 2010, will be accepted on the availability of space, and the rates may vary. If the group rate is no longer available, the room rate increases to the hotel's standard rate. Please note the Grand Hyatt's cancellation policy when making reservations online or by phone.
